Shipping & Returns
All items will be presented in a gift box and posted in protective packaging.
All Mainland UK orders will be posted within 1-3 working days with free shipping. If this timescale can not be met for any reason, then you will be contacted as soon as possible.
For shipping outside of the UK, please contact me for a quote. I will give you a choice of shipping options with insurance highly recommended.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days via email and I will give you instructions for returns.
For your protection, it is recommended that a recorded delivery service is used for retuning items. Please ensure that the item is returned in their original condition and securely packaged. Once the item is received and checked, a refund (minus the postage) will be issued to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued but if the item has already been dispatched, you must return the item at your own cost.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons; commissioned and customised pieces cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
